Cancellation and return of products

Report issues within 7 days from the date of receiving the product through the channel

Customers who wish to cancel their purchase or return products without quality issues must notify in writing within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.

If the product has issues due to defects in the product itself or errors from installation by the company, customers can report to claim the product at no cost.

The product must be inspected by the company first. If it meets the conditions, the product will be exchanged or repaired.

  • The product must be in complete condition and unused.
  • Price tags, boxes, warranty cards, and accessories must be complete.
  • A receipt or proof of payment must be attached.
  • The product must meet the manufacturer's conditions.
  • Promotional items/products must be returned together.
  • Refunds for expenses such as shipping, installation, or other services cannot be requested.

General products can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase or the date of complete delivery.

The company will inspect the product and notify the results of the consideration.

If it meets the conditions and there is a product available for exchange, a new delivery date will be scheduled with the customer.

Note: The company reserves the right to consider returns or claims based on the above conditions. The company's decision is final.

Refund

  1. Refund as a coupon instead of cash, to be used for purchasing products at Lume Home (within 7 days)
  2. Refund to the customer's bank account (within 15 business days)
  3. Refund to credit/debit card according to the issuing bank's cycle.
